Salesman was rather pushy towards the end of the transaction. Left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour when I had an appointment to sign paperwork at a specific time. Service Advisor Katelyn is terrific! She was friendly, responsive, informative and did MORE than what she promised - which is rare these days. I thought that a service should have been covered by BMW, eve responsive, informative and did MORE than what she promised - which is rare these days.
