I drove in without an appointment with a broken coolant hose. They quickly checked me in and made room for me. 24 hours later, my car was ready for pickup. The staff was really pleasant. Salesman was rather pushy towards the end of the transaction. Left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour when I had an appointment to sign paperwork at a specific time. And gave me the vehicle wi transaction. Left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour when I had an appointment to sign paperwork at a specific time. And gave me the vehicle with only one key. I didn’t find out that there was no spare until I had already signed the paperwork. With keys costing $300-400 dollars (or more), that is something that should be disclosed. More

Service Advisor Katelyn is terrific! She was friendly, responsive, informative and did MORE than what she promised - which is rare these days. I thought that a service should have been covered by BMW, eve responsive, informative and did MORE than what she promised - which is rare these days. I thought that a service should have been covered by BMW, even though at the time I brought the car in I was technically beyond the warranty date. Katelyn really went to bat for me and got the service cost substantially reduced. Katelyn is a real asset to BMW and Auto Nation! More
