Took my car for Service and repair. They charged me $275 to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. Second time they tried and they could't fix the issue. to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. You figured since this is the BMW dealership they know what to fix and what to do... Both times my car was there I had to call the Service Advisor and ask for status and updates on my car, otherwise I wouldn't know. More

I coaxed my vehicle into the establishment sans appointment on 10OCT21 after Tucson's streets claimed yet another of its tires. My regular service advisor was unavailable but I was more than ably accommodated by a gentleman named Tyson Kessler; he quickly got my car in for servicing, ordered the appropriate tire and arranged transportation home for me, all things that may seem mundane at first blush but which, to me, speak to the tremendous professionalism and routine acme service of BMW Tucson and its service advisors.
