Fixed my car and checked it over for a road trip to Florida. Other than having to wait for parts which probably due to supply chain issues all good Florida. Other than having to wait for parts which probably due to supply chain issues all good More
Kennedy was considerate, patient and understanding. We weren’t certain as to what we wanted and test drove 4 or 5 vehicles, looked at a bunch more and asked a million questions. Kennedy was courteous and weren’t certain as to what we wanted and test drove 4 or 5 vehicles, looked at a bunch more and asked a million questions. Kennedy was courteous and professional. The management team was understanding concerning our want to look at other dealerships and models. We ended up back within two hours later and worked out the purchase. More
Whether it's a service appointment you're after or you're looking for a new vehicle, in my experience, BMW of Tucson has been excellent. I personally got my X3 from there two years ago and I've been taken ca looking for a new vehicle, in my experience, BMW of Tucson has been excellent. I personally got my X3 from there two years ago and I've been taken care of ever since and at a decent price. I'm the type of person that likes to shop around to find what's quality but inexpensive and somehow, BMW of Tucson has been my go-to. In my most recent service appointment, I worked with a man named Tyson that made my experience quick and easy. He seems quite knowledgeable and well versed in his area of expertise. I'll definitely keep going to him, as well as BMW of Tucson. More

Kayla was courteous and professional. This review should not reflect negatively on her in any way. HOWEVER, the service technician who performed the multi point inspection put my family in danger and this i not reflect negatively on her in any way. HOWEVER, the service technician who performed the multi point inspection put my family in danger and this is unacceptable. Today, 3 days after my appointment, while driving I received a warning that my engine was overheating. When I got home I opened the hood to see that the cap of the coolant tank was missing and it was rattling around the engine compartment. The coolant tank was empty! How can you not replace the coolant tank cap? My wife and child took a trip into a remote area last weekend which is why we had new tires installed and the inspection done. What if the overheating occurred while they were on the road and unable to get home safely? How do I know the engine is not permanently damaged by this egregious error? I can't even drive it back to the dealership at this stage since there is no coolant and the damage could get worse! I am very disappointed and do not know if I can trust BMW of Tucson ever again.
