She made sure we could secure financing even before my previous car loan insurance and gap loan was even processed. She assured me she would do everything in her power to get the car from CA before my insurance company took away my rental car. She delivered on all assurances. We just purchased our third BMW from BMW of Tucson. We have always been treated well there, and we definitely like the fact that there was no addendum to the MSRP. That is a deal breaker for me.
