Workmanship is always good at BMW, labor fees are usually double the price of parts, I think that could be readjusted, as most cars are computerized and troubleshooting is reduced greatly for the MX guy. There were many cars in line for servicing. I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently and in friendly way the service staff including Ryan were handling it. As usual, Ryan went through the ser I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently and in friendly way the service staff including Ryan were handling it. As usual, Ryan went through the service items for $30 K and also introduced me to Jayme. She will be my new contact since Ryan is now promoted to Managerial position. The second pleasant surprise was Jayme sent me a video of the car area which needs to be attended in next few months.
