It is smaller than some of the large dealerships I was used to living in Chicago area, but it has very good staff that listens to the customers and their needs. I had booked i7 first and had wanted to buy it in 2022, but the cost was higher than I thought and was more of a car than I wanted. Instead, we settled to the new i5 2024 model, and he helped through our decision making. Trading in my old BMW X3 was a bit difficult process at Autonation. However, Juan stood by me and helped achieve the objectives smoothly. Thanks to him, I bought the car instead of walking away from the deal, frustrated. He has followed up after the sale to make driving i5 a great experience. I wish that every dealership has a Juan Parra to care for the customers and make them happy. More
