The service representative was helpful and maintained good communication throughout the days that my car was there. The loaner car was fabulous. However, my plug-in hybrid was never charged even though t good communication throughout the days that my car was there. The loaner car was fabulous. However, my plug-in hybrid was never charged even though the car was there several days. Also, I was concerned that the charger (both at my home and away) didn't always connect and charge. According to my MyBMW app the car was plugged in once and the conclusion was "problem could not be duplicated" even though I stated that it only happens occasionally. Seems like dodging rather than assessing. More
