Patrick let me test drive whatever I wanted, answered all of my questions, repeatedly looked for the exact model that I wanted. He was an absolute delight to work with. Working with Jay Owens (Client Advisor) we ordered our M240i in January. This was our first purchase from BMW of Tucson and found the experience pleasing with no selling pressure what-so-ever. After placing the order, we were able to log into BMW’s website and follow the assembly, quality check, and shipping process. We were notified when the car arrived at the dealership and were provided a pickup date and time by Jay. Easy peasy. Jay provided us with detailed instructions on the cars many operational functions. This was greatly appreciated. Todays’ auto technology can be overwhelming. Pablo Berry (Client Financial Services) was also a pleasure to work with. He explained the financial services available along with detailed information on the extended warranty services that would benefit us. Again, we never felt pressured to buy something we didn’t need. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 years from many dealerships, and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We would certainly purchase another car from Tucson BMW and highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a great quality car. More
