We were notified when the car arrived at the dealership and were provided a pickup date and time by Jay. Easy peasy. Jay provided us with detailed instructions on the cars many operational functions. This was greatly appreciated. Todays’ auto technology can be overwhelming. Pablo Berry (Client Financial Services) was also a pleasure to work with. He explained the financial services available along with detailed information on the extended warranty services that would benefit us. Again, we never felt pressured to buy something we didn’t need. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 years from many dealerships, and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had.
