The buying process with Jake in sales was very good but follow up on issues was poor. The "Genius" program is terrible. After 2 genius no shows at appointments the 3rd try was not impressive. The "Genius" follow up on issues was poor. The "Genius" program is terrible. After 2 genius no shows at appointments the 3rd try was not impressive. The "Genius" wasn't one and could not answer all of our questions (nor did she volunteer to research & get back with answers). The service writer, Doug, was excellent. He scheduled our service promptly and addressed issues thoroughly. The problem is when you drop off your car for a scheduled service appointment, you are told it could take 3 days to look at the problem. Sales confirmed this and offered a loaner car but never followed thru. However, the service writer bird dogged our work and got the car back to us that day. Thank you Doug. More
