Car buying experience with Aaron was excellent. Somebody else was trying to sell us very pricy packages (service, tire protection,…). We said we didn’t want any of this, but kept on pushing. Took my vehicle in for repair and 3 weeks later I have a vehicle in which only 1 key fob now works do to comfort access repair, and can't get Jeff to return my calls to correct the issue. I had my car towed but there's was no update on my vehicle until 6-7 hours. No body has an update and they kept me on hold for over 25min.
