I had amazing experiences at BMW of the Woodlands. First, I bought my X1 from the dealership with Conner about a month ago. He was attentive and took time to answer the many questions that I had. *AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP***** DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They sell unsafe to drive vehicles. I bought a car from this dealership and had it shipped to me. Huge mistake. The brake pads and ro DEALERSHIP!!!! They sell unsafe to drive vehicles. I bought a car from this dealership and had it shipped to me. Huge mistake. The brake pads and rotors are completely shot. I asked them before they sent me the car if all maintenance was completed and they said yes. They also stated they did a "150 point inspection". Clearly they did not nor do they care about the severity of selling a car to someone with bad brakes. As soon as I drove it off the truck, the brakes were sqeeking loud and everytime i brake from 50mph and up, the entire car shakes and you hear a grinding noise from rear pads/rotors especially. I will be taking this dealership to court to pay for the brakes/pads. Hopefully, there's nothing else wrong about the car that they are lying about. More
