Misty went above and beyond, completely exceeded all my expectations. I loved my 2013 X3, and was clearly not prepared for the technology of my new 2024 X3. She spent so much time with me, setting everyt expectations. I loved my 2013 X3, and was clearly not prepared for the technology of my new 2024 X3. She spent so much time with me, setting everything up, personalizing every last detail. I will refer all my friends and family to her going forward. She genuinely cares about her clients, and treats them like family. The entire experience from start to finish was perfection.
