I just returned to BMW Stratham this past weekend for routine service and so it is a good time to revisit my experience there. Frank Albert was incredibly good to me throughout the buying & decision p routine service and so it is a good time to revisit my experience there. Frank Albert was incredibly good to me throughout the buying & decision process. We literally accomplished most of the sale over the phone/internet since I was not local. Frank never tired of my questions and provided a level of care and service that was above and beyond my experiences elsewhere. I am an unlikely BMW driver as a new model would have exceded my price range. Frank did what I thought would be impossible; find me the right car and at the right price. Moreover, it is worth it for me to take the drive to Stratham for dealer servicing. It is a short trip and I am certain that the experience far excedes what I would encounter on Commonwealth Ave, Boston. As promised--everything covered. No issues. No problems. In fact, Tia in service was able to have few standard services into one visit so that I would not have to come back two months later when I hit the exact right mileage. The car? Please. God willing I will be driving these for life. More

Have dealt with this dealership since 1986; when it was Dreher-Holloway. Kind of sorry to see the Dreher-Holloway name go away, but love dealing with the same people. When I was looking to purchase a new vehicle, I went to Tulley BMW and had such an awful experience, we literally left the dealership extremely frustrated. I was apprehensive about going to BMW of Stratham because I did not want to travel that far. However, when I first spoke to Mr. Albert and finally met with him, I realized I had made the right choice. The service from Mr. Albert and the other people at BMW Stratham was above and beyond. They made you feel comfortable with any questions but most of all Mr. Albert feel important, where as the other dealer wouldn't give you the time of day. I would definitely not only recommend to anyone who was in the market for a BMW to call BMW Stratham but definitely as for Frank Albert. The experience was not only stress free but enjoyable and I am loving driving my BMW. More

Kurt was very easy to work with and makes the buying experience fun not painful. He found my car in CT, got it delivered and in my driveway in 2 days. The dealership replaced my tires as good will and the car drives better than the day I picked it up. Kurt Baitz is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is professional, but not pushy in the least, which fits the demographic for a BMW prospect quite well. Linda does an an excellent job -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. So far, I'm very pleased with my 2008 X-5.
