We recently purchased a CPO 2007 BMW X3 from Scot Murby at BMW of Stratham. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had, and we really like cars and buy and sell often. He kept in contact with me often to update me on vehicles that were close to our specs. When he found the right car, he was very straightforward with the deal, provided us with a very good deal in a very straightforward, easy to understand, professional and friendly manner. In January 2009, I was seeking to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle. I visited numerous dealerships before going to Ira BMW of Stratham. The previous dealerships (Boch Honda, Boch Toyota, BMW of Norwood) were giving me the hard sell in terms of the vehicle's availability, pricing, etc. The dealerships made me wait around to meet the manager for no apparent reason. I also received endless follow-up telephones. None of this happened once I started working with Ira BMW and Mr. Murby. I was met with professionalism and candor. I had a candid discussion regarding availability, pricing, warranties, options, etc. I was not rushed or pressured and felt comfortable during the entire process - from test driving a couple of different options to purchasing a CPO X3. My questions were answered, calls returned, and there was follow-up that was appropriate and responsive. Overall a great experience. By far the best dealership I have dealt with, in purchasing over 30 new cars. When faced with trying to make a deal happen that revolved around getting a difficult combination of options, Scot Murby purchasing over 30 new cars. When faced with trying to make a deal happen that revolved around getting a difficult combination of options, Scot Murby was the only one of three potential dealers to call back and find a way to do it, and to top it off, his was the most competitive offer of the three. The others wanted me to beg them to sell me a car, only Scot professionally made his offer the best, and let "me" make my decisino to come in the next morning and sign the paperwork. Everyone in service has been about as great to deal with as could be asked for. An intermittant fuel injector when the car was three months old was met by a nice loaner delivered to my home within a short time after the car was dispatched to the dealer for repair, and my car was ready to go and clean as could be by 5 that same afternoon. Lastly, like the Oscars, you cannot always name everyone in your list, but all of the staff at this dealership, from the parts guys to the General Manager, have been great. More

I had brought my 2004 325xi in for a quick service and while I had been thinking about getting another car, I wasn't positive. But when I went in this time, I saw a very attractive used car on the lot that caught my eye. I started working with Frank who was extremely helpful. He didn't push me, answered all of my questions and was very patient. I ended up buying that 2006 Honda Accord from him and have never regretted. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and work with Frank either when I'm ready to buy another BMW or even if I wanted a used car. More
