After shopping around and doing my homework, I knew what I wanted. Came in, met Frank, and we compared what I had for his invoice costs to what he had. The numbers matched. On delivery, Frank went over everything with me. He knew the car well. I could tell because I had read through the manual on line about three times during the excrutiating wait, lol. Since then, I've spoken with other sales people about little features I didn't understand. They didn't know either... even when they asked around. Frank? He knew immediately. All that hardware you'll see behind his desk isn't just there to impress customers. There's a reason it's there. He's a friendly, knowledgeable, straight-forward, completely reasonable guy. I enjoyed working with him so much, I've gone out of my way several times just to stop by, shake hands, and say thanks again. More
