Worst repair service experience I've ever had. Ever. We made an appointment to have the oil changed on our X3 (leased from this dealer - great sales people). The appointment was for 9:30. We arrived at 9:3 made an appointment to have the oil changed on our X3 (leased from this dealer - great sales people). The appointment was for 9:30. We arrived at 9:35, and after a short 10 minute intake, the car was taken back and we went out to run some errands. When I made the appointment, I was very clear that we were on a limited schedule, because our daughter's school had an early release that day. I was assured the oil change only took 45-60 minutes. 2.5 hours later, we returned to the dealer and found out they hadn't even started. When we expressed surprise, the service guy said our appointment was only for intake and had no bearing on when our car would actually be serviced. That seems nuts. He also said that he told us that because of a software recall, the service would take most of the day, which was a patent lie, because he never said anything about this taking longer than what we were initially told. When confronted with that, he rolled his eyes and called my wife a liar. He then tried to claim that because we left to run errands we were treated as "dropping the car off" and got bumped to the back of the line. I basically told him he was full of BS and we needed the car back ASAP or our daughter was going to be left without an adult at home. I suspect the guy just screwed up by marking us down as a "drop off", which then threw off the rest of the process. Then he tried to cover his mistakes with lies and blame. It's not someone I've seen in there previously, but the fact that he couldn't simply apologize and had to get angry, lie and call us liars is alarming. We live close to two other BMW dealers (Peabody and Burlington) but have driven out of our way to have our cars serviced at Stratham because we wanted to support them. No more of that nonsense. I'll take my business elsewhere. More
Complete Disaster-sleazy dealer Attempted to charge me 10K more for a slightly used demo model compared to an EXACT build from BMW direct! Watch what they attempt to add in such as "Niro fill" for $400.... Do your homework and compare prices to Tulley of Nashua. I will NEVER buys a car from BMW Statham (and I am local). More

I went thinking the cost was a certain amount, but it was significantly more at the time of pick up. This is on me as well, I know. A clear summary of the total cost at the beginning and follow up about minor changes would be helpful as well. More
