When I decided to buy a new car, I first looked at the Lexus. I loved the car and the dealer was giving me a fair offer, but the salesman, although friendly enough, did not seem knowledgeable and he was Lexus. Then I considered the Audi. Again, the car I considered had everything I wanted. However, the approach there was high pressure sales and made me very uncomfortable. When I arrived at BMW of Stratham I was greeted in a friendly manner. I was directed to Jon Parker for more information about the vehicles. He was friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the BMW without making me feel pressured. When I decided on a vehicle, he located the one I wanted and it was at the dealership within my time frame. Overall, a fantastic experience and an amazing car. More
This is my first year with BMW of Stratham and I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership as a whole and about my service agent, John Bowling. I have had to take my BMW in a few times so far, mostly for routine maintenance and every time I go John always takes great care of me and my car. The service is impeccable; complimentary car washes, complimentary pick up/drop off services and loaner BMW's, plus a great waiting room with complimentary drinks are just a few bonuses that really make this dealership stand out. Not to mention John calls me on a regular basis to check up on the car to make sure everything is running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 in price because it definitely isn't cheap. As a first time BMW owner I would have appreciated a little more explanation on the price of the part + the price of labor. Of course any repair on a BMW is going to be very expensive so I was somewhat ready for a big bill. On the other hand, John often waives the labor fees on small repairs which is greatly appreciated! There is none of the usual "sell you what you don't need". Ira BMW of Stratham is a very reputable automotive maintenance and repair center. I service all of my many Mercedes Benz vehicles with Ira BMW of Stratham. Better service than at the Mercedes dealer. That is a telling indicator. Stop by and ask for John the next time you are looking for quality service and service rates better than any other professional service center. More
We contacted John McCormack through their web site. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping us choose the right vehicles. We went to look at one and came home with two!!! Stratham BMW epitomizes the experience one should expect from a premium brand such as this. Tim and everyone else I interacted with did a super job of making me feel welcome, built great rapport and showed from a premium brand such as this. Tim and everyone else I interacted with did a super job of making me feel welcome, built great rapport and showed a genuine interest in my needs. There was no hint of the typical sleazy sales tactics and I can tell there is a thread of integrity that runs throughout the organization. No doubt they have put some effort into selecting the right people, but this is also a testament to good systems and training established by the corporate HQ. We had a glitch with the town registration process and they handled it quickly and efficiently, with no fuss. I look forward to forging a long term relationship with these folks and will recommend them to anyone in search of a beemer! :) More

These people are excellent professionals and the service work is superb. I have dealt with all of these people at one time or another over the past few years. Es ist ein ausgezeichnet BMW Geschäft ! In particular, Michael Hunter saved me between $600-800 on parts and rental car by excellently effective and diligent work with his parts "person". Mr. Ginzburg is very personable and a very good judge of personnel. I have owned three 325i, white BMWs and all have been purchased and serviced at this dealership. Wife and I had been looking for a new(er) vehicle for her and, as she had almost always driven foreign, we had been searching local and North Shore Boston area for vehicles that would fit her profile. The internet being a great tool, we were able to compare vehicles from various dealers. Living on the coast of NH we determined that we had access to vehicles with prices that were as competitive as the Boston Metro market right here, locally. She had been looking at Axxxs, Vxxxxs, and Sxxxs, as she had owned all in the past. We stopped at BMW of Stratham one evening after an ice cream at Whites and found a used BMW 530 that appealed to her. Next day we stopped by to get more involved in the process at which time we met Tim Little. We asked about this vehicle and test drove it (impressed), along with asking about a new vehicle lease program. Having everything explained to us in a professional manner without being forced in either direction was comforting. Steve, the business manager went into depth on both the upside and downside of leasing, describing his experiences. We said we'd think on it overnight and made an appointment for 2pm the next day. The next day we arrived to find that the vehicle we had interest in had been sold that morning. As we did not place a deposit on the vehicle I felt it only fair that BMW of Stratham did the correct thing and sold the vehicle when they had the opportunity. Tim arrived promptly at 1:55pm (on his day off)and was dismayed when he found out what had happened. Without making any excuses he set to work finding us a "likely candidate", noting that some vehicles may have just arrived and were not listed yet. We looked at new 300 series along with touring the entire lot. As luck would have it, a few vehicles were up back, staged, prior to being prepped for the lot. Sitting pretty, if you will, was an almost immaculate Alpine White 535 XI that had been waiting patiently for us to arrive and adopt. My wife was amazed at the interior, amazed at the way it felt driving, and amazed at the options. Done deal. As we had done most of the paperwork, etc, including the trade value the day prior, it was just tie up loose ends and pick the vehicle up a few days later. The fact that the vehicle would average 25+ mpg was a primary factor in the decision as she commutes 80+ mile per day. Tim was great through the whole process, and what impressed my wife and I, didn't show the "oh well...back to square one" attitude when he found out about the previous vehicle but took the info he had gained from our time together and used it to help us find a newer and in our estimation, a much more, in our estimation, impressive vehicle. He kept my wife informed throughout the 48 hour period and we arrived Tuesday night to pick up the vehicle. We purchased the additional 50K maintenance program believing this to be a great value. Tim spent an additional 1+ hours showing my wife everything about the vehicle. (I've had to learn on my own and enjoyed every minute of it!). I've waited 2+ weeks to review the dealer and process, as I wanted the "shine" to wear off a bit. The majority of the times we have purchased vehicles (40+ years) the process was such that your hair hurts, you have squealing in your ears, you don't speak for 72 hours, and anything remotely positive about the experience is erased from your memory. Guess what? The shine DOESN'T wear off this time!! Awesome car, outstanding experience, and having White's Ice Cream just up the road gives up the excuse to do "drive-bys" at least once a week thinking ....This is a Good Thing! More
