I was interesting in purchasing used X5 2011 and I was put in contact with Sales person:Scot Murby. He called me once the car was available for showing and testing. Kurt is so good at customer service I was able to call hm at home while he was out o purchased from BMW of Stratham with Kurt Baitz as my salesman . What a great dealership! Very friendly, kind people. Came in to test drive a BMW 320i and met first with the GM Joel. Asked us a few questions and picked a car on the lot that we liked. I don't like to be sold , I like to be educated on the product and services. John did just that , he educated me and made me comfortable in my decsion to purchase a car from him . The Buick Dealer was the typical sterotype "car sales approach" I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with them . Did I get the best price , I doubt it. For me the real question is did I get a price I felt was a fair value for the car , the answer to that is yes . f you want to be educated about the car and feel like you are being trreated as a long term customer not just a one time deal then ask for John Parker at the Stratham BMW Dealer .
