very bad I went to BMW in hopes of finding a used BMW. While there I encountered quite the opposite. They have very few used cars to begin with, 4 out of the 5 I went to BMW in hopes of finding a used BMW. While there I encountered quite the opposite. They have very few used cars to begin with, 4 out of the 5 they had, were in horriible condition! I had asked a worker there, from the detail center, why the cars looked so bad. He looked at the other giy in the detail shop, then they both looked at me in bewilderment. All I could understand was "no english". This is unacceptable! I will not return ever!!! A salesman saw me and I could tell he sensed that I was very confused, did he stop to try and help? No, he walked right on by. More
