I don't like to be sold , I like to be educated on the product and services. John did just that , he educated me and made me comfortable in my decsion to purchase a car from him . The Buick Dealer was the typical sterotype "car sales approach" I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with them . Did I get the best price , I doubt it. A BMW is a great car & can sometimes sell itself but there's no way I would have purchased the used 335xi w/o Alex Wolf's help.
