Everyone in BMW of Stratham's parts department: Rafael, Joe, Victor and Mark all went above and beyond my expectations on a number of occasions to help me get the parts I needed. They remembered my name on my second visit and have treated me like "family" ever since. It's rare when a customer feels valued like that! I'll be a BMW of Stratham customer from now on! More

I worked with Jon Parker who patiently listened to my requests to find the perfect car. Once found, the purchase experience was excellent, and he went the extra mile to fix all any issues I raised. The car is terrific and I would highly recommend working with BMW of Stratham, and Jon Parker if you are looking for a great car, and great car buying experience. More
Best dealership experience I've had! I would absolutely recommend BMW of Stratham. I worked with Jonathan Parker, on the purchase of a new vehicle, and trade in of the old one. Through the whole experience, and multiple visits, Jonathan was extremely professional, helpful and patient. He took the time on multiple occasions to show me the ins and outs of every feature of the vehicle, even showing me features I was unaware of after 2 months of very in depth research. He maintained a strong focus of making sure the car I ultimately purchased was exactly the one I wanted, color, trim, packages etc... To date, they are the only dealership I have come across that actually offers a fair price for a trade in, as well. There is no getting low balled on trade in and having to negotiate upwards. Be realistic on the true condition of your vehicle, use KBB and go in with confidence and you won't be disappointed. In the past I have heard dealers claim, that KBB pricing was not realistic, or they couldn't give you the true trade in value of your car, if they gave you the price on the new vehicle you were looking for - always a trade off. Not from BMW of Stratham. They treated both pieces independently of each other for establishing the working deal. While waiting for the car to be detailed and ready to drive, Jonathan gave me a tour of the facility, and explained each of the benefits I was entitled to for being a customer of theirs. (i.e. free service pick ups of your vehicle, when maintenance is needed, from your home, while also delivering you a loaner. Then delivering your car back to you at your home and picking the loaner back up. - something that requires a bit of planning, but a free service that in my opinion goes above and beyond - and one that may very well be utilized by a couple with a young child, due to the traveling circus it sometimes becomes carting an almost two year old around, with car seats and bags etc... switching vehicles, and trying to schedule it around her nap time, our work etc... Jonathan even went the extra mile at the end, when getting the car gassed up prior to my departure of the dealership. The pump didn't stop, causing just a little to spill down the side of the car, no big deal. He insisted on taking it back to his detailers real quick to retouch the area, to assure when I drove off the lot, I was doing so in a pristine beautiful vehicle. I know it is common place and typically expected when you buy a new car for the dealer to fill the tank, but I have never seen one that intent on the overall experience. In the past I have had dealers try to give you the car with enough gas to make it to the gas station, and begrudgingly fill the tank when prompted, or my personal favorite, a Mazda dealer, that after prompting offered to give me a gas gift card to fill it myself, only to return saying they were out, but if I wanted to fill it myself and bring the receipt back he would put submit it for expense reimbursement and come back when that department was open and get the money back (I lived 40 minutes away). Nothing but top notch, very low pressure sales from BMW Stratham, and Jonathan Parker. His finance guy was even great to work with, very friendly and personable, very low pressure, and helpful. I am more than please with my experience at BMW of Stratham. My tips for customers walking in to any car dealership, but also this one, understand that they are doing their job, and need to earn a living to, obviously everyone wants the best price possible on a new car, but as a sales person myself... treat people fairly and you will be treated fairly, know they have to make a profit elsewhere (and it isn't always off the next customer - realistically you are the next customer)... if you keep that thought in mind. I'm sure you will have just as good of an experience as I did. More
When I stopped by BMW of Stratham for the first time I was on my way to buy a 328i in Rhode Island. I live in Maine where we have only one BMW dealer. I bypassed them because they never got back to me about another car I was considering. I travel to NH often so the visit was not out of my way. After being greeted by Kurt, I explained to him my plans. I was driving to RI to buy this particular car because it was the only one I could find that had a 6-speed manual transmission. For me this is an absolute must. I went on to explain it was not exactly what I was looking for. He then asked me, " If you're going to spend this much money, why don't you get what you what?" He was right. After thinking it over for the weekend, I ordered a 328i (w/ a 6-speed) from him. Nine weeks later, after the car was built and imported, it was time for delivery. I had asked for mud flaps to be installed on the car when we set up the delivery date. I was told that a set for the rear wheels were on back order and would not be available for three weeks. When I arrived to pick up the car, Kurt asked if I had half an hour to spare? I said sure. I waited nine weeks, what's an extra half hour? I did not know it at the time, but the service department was installing the rear mud flaps on the car. Kurt had found a set at a dealership in Iowa. He had had them shipped by overnight delivery to BMW of Stratham so they would be on the car at pick up. That level of service speaks for itself. I anticipate ordering a new BMW from Kurt this Spring. Thank you. More

I have either owned or leased 4 BMW's in the last four years and have used the service center at BMW Stratham exclusively. I have had experiences with 5 different service advisors at this dealership four years and have used the service center at BMW Stratham exclusively. I have had experiences with 5 different service advisors at this dealership over that time and have found Adam Silvani to be the most responsive, communicative, and honest about problems and services needed. I had a 2009 328x series and was ready to make a change to a 5 series. I'd purchased the 328 from Kurt Baitz at BMW Stratham and had also helped my son purchase his first pre-owned 2009 335x series over 2 to a 5 series. I'd purchased the 328 from Kurt Baitz at BMW Stratham and had also helped my son purchase his first pre-owned 2009 335x series over 2 years ago, also through Kurt Baitz. When I had over 100,000 miles on the 328 I was ready for a change to a 5 series and a shift to a lease. My comfort level with Kurt and his overall sense of interest in me, my satisfaction, fairness, etc. led me back to Kurt to work through my next BMW. I leased a 2013 535x series M-Sport in January 2013 and have been completely satisified with the car and the experience with Kurt and the dealership. When my son was ready to trade up to a newer BMW we of course returned to Kurt. He's a true professional interested in what the customer wants and helps to make that happen and does not try to push what the dealership has in inventory if it is not what meets the customers needs. Brand loyalty is one thing but I must say that the dealer representative is the linchpin to that loyalty. Kurt has proven himself to us now in four separate purchases/leases we've made. More
Although I live in MA and this dealership is a bit of a drive, it was absolutely worth the trip. Alex was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson I've met at any BMW dealership in MA or RI, and I visited over half a dozen during my vehicle search. It was nice to talk to someone who actually knew more about the car than I did. I also appreciated the directness in terms of pricing and was quite happy to avoid the typical "let me check with my manager" game that so many dealerships play. I know this expression is overused, but I really felt like the dealership valued by business; and I suspect being a bit further away, makes them try harder. I heartily recommend Alex and the dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW who's tired of dealerships who've forgotten what customer service is. More
All of the selection process was done on line and by phone. Jon guided me through the process. He did most of the work. When we finally thought we had the right car and price, I picked up the car. I was looking for a certain model and features, at a competitive price, and Jon delivered (without the traditional car buying angst). I'm very pleased with my car and will continue to recommend Jon.
