Kurt invited us to drive to the dealership and introduced us to Victor R. Follansbee, Jr., Parts Advisor. Victor opened up the electronic device, wiped the various parts dry and asked us to leave it in his care for a for a few days for additional drying. When we returned, Victor had already reassembled the electronic device. We walked to our vehicle, pressed the button and the diesel engine sprang to life. All other systems worked flawlessly. Victor thanked us for coming by for service help, We wanted to hug him for his help, especially after he told us there was no charge for his professional and personal care. When compared to ordinary automobiles, BMW's are not inexpensive to buy or service. You cannot go wrong with Kurt, he is the most professional and non demanding person that I have ever met in sales. I visited him last week when I called on a vechicle that was sold some time ago. We spoke and he asked me how things were going in my business. I explained that I had sold my BMW Z4 to purchase a new F 150 for my business and I already regretted it. He said they just took in a 128i convertible with ultra low mileage. I drove down and met Kurt. As usual, the car was waiting and off we went. It drove exactly like I thought it would but I could not fall in love with it because of the black color, even though it had 6600 miles on it. ( I hate black too hard to keep clean). I made an offer that was not accepted, but Kurt was 100% a pro all the way. Fast forward a few days. Kurt e-mails me to tell me the car was sold that weekend and he would be willing to look for a CPO 128i in White for me. I am looking at another one out of state, but Kurt is always the go to guy for me, always. I consider him a friend now, which is unheard of in the car business.
