Absolutely the best we have ever dealt with. 2-the GM: Kenny's job is to facilitate negotions and be the oracle of the dealership. GM's come in all flavors. Kenny is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and willing to HELP YOU determine what fits your needs financially as well as functionally. He was always available for questions, and was completely fair during our price negotiations. We each gave a little and in the end reached a very fair deal. As we told him, he was the most pleasant GM we've ever worked with. We went to trade in one car as the lease was expiring. That experience was so great, we decided to trade in our owned car and get another car from Susan. Car shopping can be stressful. Do a little research and go see Susan and Kenny. You won't be disappointed. More
Rude Sales Manager I would highly suggest if you are looking at a BMW you check out another dealer. Here is my experience. My Fiancé and I were looking for a CPO BMW I would highly suggest if you are looking at a BMW you check out another dealer. Here is my experience. My Fiancé and I were looking for a CPO BMW and found that this dealer had several to choose from. We put in a request to set up an appointment on Thursday and said we would be there that weekend. We were interested in a specific car and inquired on it's availability. The Sales Manager Lenny Goldwasser called and left us a message the Friday before at 6:00p (when they close) stating they were looking forward to seeing us in the morning and they had pulled the car out. When we arrived, the vehicle was sold. No call, no apology just a "let me show you what else we have." Is a call so much to ask? We found a car we liked while working with Susan Boucher our sales associate. Susan was great and this review is not a reflect on her. As we were going back on pricing Larry Goldwasser came out to try to sell us the car as SMs typically do. Larry was extremely condescending and rude during our interaction. Once Larry felt like we were not going to get a deal together he rudely walked away without a handshake or closure. I discussed how we felt with Susan. On our way out we witnessed Larry screaming at Susan saying he was not disrespectful. Larry was extremely unprofessional and when I mentioned he should not yell at his associates he proceeded to get defensive and proceeded to stand up. If Larry was my employee and I witnessed such behavior he would certainly been spoken to. We left that afternoon and went to another BMW dealer in Manchester and were treated respectful and they were appreciative of our business. We left with a better car and deal that day. Think twice before you shop here. The space is beautiful but clearly the management team does not appreciate their employees or believe in truly providing an exceptional client experience. More

We were assigned to Kurt as our salesperson. He was quite personable and friendly. The first big surprise was when I told him I need to show my daughter the car as it was for her. He said, "Well, why don't you take the car and go home and show her?" That surprised and delighted me. The cost negotiation process was similar to most dealers, although much quicker and simpler and I felt very comfortable. The next big surprise was when the sale was over and we took the car home. One set of keys was missing. I texted Kurt about it and he said he'd look. After maybe two weeks a fedex package came to my door with the 2nd set of keys. I was delighted again. More

We arrived at the dealership around 11:30 on a Saturday and we're lucky enough to be greeted by Kurt. We told him that our friend recommended him and explained what we were looking for in a second car. Kurt was the best! He went above and beyond to expose us to different models of BMW based on our criteria and he never made us feel rushed or like we were a bother. After five hours and a proposed lease amount that we wanted to think about Kurt sent us on our way. Absolutely no pressure. I did some searching online and was able to find a lower lease payment at another dealer but something made me want to reach back out to BMW Stratham to see what they could do. That something was Kurt. We ended up negotiating an acceptable lease payment and picked up our new BMW a few days later. Kurt was informative about the car and worked hard to make the experience a pleasant one. In addition to Kurt the entire staff to include the General Manager Derek Butts and General Sales Manager Lennie Goldwasser were outstanding. They make you feel like you matter. I would highly recommend Kurt and Stratham BMW. I have been having a great time in my new car. I also love the MATS! Thanks for everything Kurt!!! More

We own MB, Jeep and Porsche Hello, We are two middle aged and middle class professionals from SE MA. Yes, over 100 miles away from Stratham, NH. We own MB, Jeep and Porsche. So this wasn't our first rodeo at high-end dealerships. We are also both "high maintenance " when it comes to products and services, especially cars closing in on $100k, We are very sensitive to lies, smoke and mirrors sales tactics, shallow condescending sales personnel-- you get the idea. Let me tell you: these guys knocked our socks off. They all went above and beyond anything we ever thought was the norm. They treated us like we were there to help them, not the other way around. My wife and I were really impressed. Without any question, the trip was well well worth it. More

Won't come back - recommend the management take a hard look at how treat/interact with sales prospects.... Kurt Baitz was my Client Advisor for my ordered car and assured me that he would be there for me when the car came in. One of the other Client Adivisors, Scot Murby kept me up to date on the status of my car, all the way to the day it arrived at the dealership. Kurt was still out due to having surgery when my car arrived. Much to my surprise, the day I went to pick up my car, who was there to make sure he followed through on his promise.... Mr Kurt Baitz! Truly a man of his word. Kurt was less like a salesman and more like a guy just trying to help me find a path to owning a new BMW. I also had ordered some parts for the car from Joe Maxwell who had everything ready as promised. I also had an opportunity to meet the Shop Foreman, Ken Deem who was very knowledgable and courteous with all of my questions. He seems like a guy who would go the extra mile if your car ever had a problem. Overall, Joel Ginsburg has an all encompassing dealership that delivers on its word. Keep up the good work! Outstanding in the big 3: Sales, Service, Relationships I have had 3 BMW's from this dealership. It begins from the top. Joel Ginsburg is genuine in his approach to the customer. If I stop in for a service visit, he comes by to say hello and get caught up. Kurt Baitz is top shelf sales guy..knowledgeable, helpful, honest and key: trust. From a service standpoint, I have dealt with Adam in the past and most recently with Krystal. Two examples of their approach. I had used RainX for windshield fluid but had an indicator light go on. Adam told me that the product and BMW don't mix and they needed to replace a part. It was on BMW for the first one, no hassle whatsover and very clear that what it would mean if I used the product again. Most recently, I had bought 4 new tires, might point out I had 32,000 miles on the original tires. Less than 1 week after driving off, I rain over a nail. Krystal and the dealership replaced the tire with my cost being the service, NOT the tire. Really quite remarkable. That small gesture means I'll be a BMW/Stratham customer for life. Truly outstanding organization and people. And I should mention great cookies and coffee while you wait. More
