Scheduled maintenance I used the valet service that BMW of Stratham offers. Believe it or not but they drive a loaner car down to my house in Ipswich, MA and pick up my BMW I used the valet service that BMW of Stratham offers. Believe it or not but they drive a loaner car down to my house in Ipswich, MA and pick up my BMW 428. The driver is very nice and after two minutes of paperwork; he was on his way back to Stratham. I got my interior detailed at the same time which cost $199. They did a great job. More

Caveat Emptor My family has purchased various vehicles from this dealership since 2001 with excellent service and care. We recently purchased our 2nd X5 from them and had a surprisingly poor experience. I chronicled our issues in a letter to the manager of the dealership (Ken Connor) and received an impersonal “boilerplate” response. His canned response to my message speaks volumes. With none of my issues addressed by the manager, it seems that the customer service concerns that I had are, in fact, systemic. To top it off, the end of the message contained a plea to be sure to service my vehicle there. This made his response feel even more tone deaf and dismissive. For all I know their service department may not be suffering the same fate as their sales department, but I'll be staying away for the foreseeable future. After reading reviews on various social media it's apparent that I am not alone with my experience and observations. It's sad to see such a great delership take such a wrong turn. Hopefully enough people will complain to initiate change for the better in the future. More

The lease was originally from a different dealership. They gave me a fair price for my vehicle and I chose a pre owned vehicle from their selection. There was no reason to haggle as the prices were clearly marked and competitive. They advised me the vehicle I would be purchasing need some repairs (brakes and rotors). These were fixed with no price adjustment and cost to me. The day I picked up the vehicle went smooth and all the paperwork was ready and completed in about 20 minutes. Overall a very smooth process and I would recommend to anyone. When the time comes, I will be back to purchase another vehicle. This review says it is for BMW of Stratham but the dealership I went to was Ira pre owned in Exeter, they are owned by the same company. More
