Couldn’t have been treated more professionally. Matt the service adviser, was attentive and did a great job going over the areas of my 335I that needed attention. His explanation and expertise left me feeling I was in good hands. The bad news is the pricing for this particular vehicle is ridiculous, which makes me pause and to possibly seek other avenues. Service writers are great car was returned washed, now if the prices weren’t so crazy it would be a lot easier to embrace this dealership. More

Special shout out to the service manager Adam for keeping me well informed on the status of the repair process as well as being more than fair with parts and labor costs on my recent visit with them. Also want to recognize Lucas from the service bay for the great effort he put in to trying to correct an error with my navigation system. While the problem was not able to be corrected, it was not for lack of trying and I know they did absolutely everything possible and spent a great deal of time and effort on it. I will gladly continue to have services done on my car with BMW Stratham and highly recommend others do too! More
If I were you I'd save yourself the hassle and not get any vehicles from this place. I got my 2012 VW Tiguan from here and it has caused me nothing but problems. From the oil pressure light coming on (and them telling me I was gonna have to pay for it to be fixed) when I left the dealership to finding out I've been most likely driving around since August with seized calibers, which is ending up with me having to pay for calibers, brakes, rotors and a wheel bearing. Not to mention the fact that I got charged $4,000 for "GAP" insurance and a "vehicle service contract" that I never signed for. Needless to say do not, I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money with this establishment. They use people who are in a vulnerable state and take full advantage of them. More

BEWARE of the Finance Department. Can't go into all the details, because we would be here all week, but something shady is going on in the Finance Department. Ran credit with 3 banks (without authorization from us), never gave us any information from ANY of the other banks and gave us advice to just drive the car illegally "it's not like you will get pulled over"...REALLY?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When I complained, he was RUDE and condescending. I complained via email to the General Manager, Mark. He pawned me off on a Sales Manager who was just as condescending. Requested a call back from the General Manager...still waiting. Doubt that will happen. Working to order the perfect automobile with Jackie was refreshing, she is not your average Creepy Sneaky Car Salesperson. It's too bad it ended with her...the rest of the experience was awful! More

I wouldn’t buy another BMW from them and their service department lacks knowledge on newer cars if you call and ask, specifically a newer EV like an I4 M50 if you need some info- For spending about 78k I would have expected more. I’ve bought from Lexus and Tesla prior and they were about on the level of Tesla when it comes to dealership experience. Not to mention my salesperson was more interested in her next sale then helping me out. More
I have had a BMW since my first 3 series in 1982. I've dealt with many dealerships in the years. BMW of Stratham is my favorite. My recent visit was with service for year 2 of 4 year warranty. Adam went out of his way to please me! I was so appreciative of all he did. I also had the car detailed while there for service. Excellent job! Hats off to BMW or Stratham and all departmets! More
