I brought my car in for service this past Sat (had a nail in a tire) and Alex was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! She went above and beyond to be accommodating. I was only in that area for a wedding and she mad nail in a tire) and Alex was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! She went above and beyond to be accommodating. I was only in that area for a wedding and she made SURE I was informed throughout the wait and got me in and out in time to get to the ceremony! I very highly recommend working with her. More
At first they told me they couldn’t see me until Thursday.(4 days). I had a large piece of shard in my run flat tire. BMW assist was a joke. They never came. Both were a disappointment…I had to call a friend for help. I called Adam Webster directly and he said come on as soon as you can. He had a replacement tire. He was very accommodating. Repair was quick even though I arrived at lunch time having had the incident occur at 6 am. What a day. Thank you Adam. More
Stratham BMW has serviced my cars for the past 18 years and have always done an excellent job. This bud my first time back to this dealership in about 3 years. I had a bad experience before but ended up coming back due to some scheduling constraints with my other shop. This time the experience was ple years. I had a bad experience before but ended up coming back due to some scheduling constraints with my other shop. This time the experience was pleasant and everything went well with no issues. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I was taking a look around the lot and the showroom and not one person approached me to ask if I needed help. Was it because I had my 14 month old daughter with me? Was it because I was waiting on ky car to be done? Perhaps they thought I was just looking and couldn’t afford a new car? Anyway, it was disappointing and someone will lose out on a sale because I am buying something. More
