And when you call him out on an obvious discrepancy (such as doubling the estimate on the exact same work 6-months apart,) he acts like it’s the software’s fault for miscalculating when he knows xxxx well what average labor and parts costs are as a manager in the business. Do not trust a word he says. He’s slimy. I expect a dealer to be more costly than an indie shop, but did not expect blatant scamming. I will never go there again nor recommend it to anyone. More

Despite being a returning customer, I was sold a vehicle that was far from properly maintained. Yes, I understand the car was sold "AS IS" and not a BMW—but basic vehicle safety and maintenance should not be optional. I took the car directly to Tesla after purchase for an inspection and was shocked to learn that it required over $1,100 in immediate service to bring it up to standard. Here's just a snapshot of what BMW of Stratham completely neglected: Brake Fluid Check – Not performed Cabin Air Filter Replacement – Neglected HEPA Filter Replacement – Required and not addressed 12V Auxiliary Battery Replacement – Battery was near end-of-life, risking vehicle shutdown Clicking Noise in Suspension – Needed diagnostics and lubrication of both rear half shafts This isn't about minor cosmetic issues—it’s about neglecting essential items that any reputable dealer should verify before selling a vehicle. What’s worse, I felt pressured to close the deal quickly because the "offer" was only good until the end of the month. I didn’t have time for a proper pre-purchase inspection, trusting that a respected dealership would do their due diligence. That trust was clearly misplaced. I urge potential buyers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with BMW of Stratham—especially if you're purchasing a non-BMW vehicle. Their lack of transparency and basic accountability has cost me over $1,100 and left me feeling misled and frustrated. More
