Frank, We apologize for the amount of visits it took to correct the A/C issue. We worked with BMW technical at each visit and with each repair the initial test drive showed no other issues and it did take multiple lengthy test drives for the issue to reoccur and we tested the vehicle multiple times before returning your BMW to you. The control arm replacement was due to the fact the condition of the control arms failed for NH state inspection. We are held to the NH state laws when looking over vehicles for state inspection. With it being the ball joint on the control arm that was the issue that is a suspension component that will wear over time based off of driving habits and road conditions.
