I brought my car in for service this past Sat (had a nail in a tire) and Alex was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! She went above and beyond to be accommodating. At first they told me they couldn’t see me until Thursday.(4 days). I had a large piece of shard in my run flat tire. BMW assist was a joke. They never came. Both were a disappointment…I had to call a friend for help. I called Adam Webster directly and he said come on as soon as you can. He had a replacement tire. He was very accommodating. Repair was quick even though I arrived at lunch time having had the incident occur at 6 am. What a day. Thank you Adam. More
