Bought a 2024 M4 Comp here. They have a ton of M cars. Bonnie was my sales rep and was fantastic. The team obliged my requests not to drill the bumper for the license plate bra They have a ton of M cars. Bonnie was my sales rep and was fantastic. The team obliged my requests not to drill the bumper for the license plate bracket and went out of their way to find a tow hook bracket to make it legal, as well as my request to not wash the car before taking delivery (matte paint concerns). Dealer called promptly after my on-line inquiry. This was a Wednesday. I was told the car I was interested in (a Jaguar) was having some work done at the local Jaguar dealer & would be back in 2-3 This was a Wednesday. I was told the car I was interested in (a Jaguar) was having some work done at the local Jaguar dealer & would be back in 2-3 days & they would call me then. When I didn't hear anything by the following Monday noon, I called them & was told the car was sold the day before. The salesman I had first spoken with didn't work Thursday & Friday, so wasn't there when the car came back. Evidently the ball was dropped by the first salesman not noting our conversation & not making me the first in line when the car became available. Get things more "nailed down" if dealing with this dealership; this was handled poorly. More
