Would be a five but the “free” car wash and cleaning detail guy broke my floor at hold down, didn’t vacuum, under/around mat, and left it lying loose. Completely disappointed in several ways. An employee that breaks something and doesn’t tell anyone, no one inspecting the work, and advisor that didn’t respond. More

I wouldn’t deal with these people. Literally after spending lots of effort and several weeks buying a car here, and getting a text saying “Congratulations on your new BMW” - they then Literally after spending lots of effort and several weeks buying a car here, and getting a text saying “Congratulations on your new BMW” - they then turned around and sold it to someone else that day. While they did acknowledge their mistake, their apology was to try to sell me a 540 for $20k more than the one I “bought”. I drove about an hour here with my 7 year old son. In fairness it was close to closing, but they wouldn’t even talk to me about a car. I should have known then to run. I came back a few weeks later and after looking over several cars settled in a BMW 540 M Sport. They wouldn’t let me drive the 540 as it hadn’t been through their shop. Regardless, I made an offer on the 540 (I offered full asking, just requested they meet competing dealers trade in for my car). They didn’t match my trade in, so I told them I was going with the competitors A6. However Susan kept contacting me to try to make a deal on the 540 over multiple days. On a Tuesday night she asked if she could meet the trade-in would I buy the 540. I said yes and that I’d give a deposit on the same day and come back in (for a 3rd time) to drive, but would make a deposit. She told me she’d have to ask her manager for trade in the morning. I received a text saying “congratulations on my new BMW” from Susan. She said she cleared it with her manager. This was at like 10AM. She said she would send me the link for a deposit. At around 2 pm I sent her a text I hadn’t received the link to send the deposit. Then like an hour later she said her manager sold it that morning. I spoke with the manger and he said he’s give me a great deal, then tried to sell me a 540 that was like $20000 with a very small discount (this 540 is still on their lot almost 2 months later). To make matters worse, the A6 I was looking at from their competitor sold that day as told them I was buying the BMW. Regardless, I ended up purchasing a Cayenne S - not from BMW Stratham! More
