Great experience was seen for my scheduled appt right away. Received updates via text to show issues found and when my car was ready to go. I was offered a loaner car but declined this time, but love to away. Received updates via text to show issues found and when my car was ready to go. My service rep Binit was so personable and polite. I just met him today, but he made me feel like we were old friends. Didn't catch the valet's name, but he was also very polite and personable. 5 stars for these guys! More

Terrible customer service. Not what you'd expect from BMW or any quality car dealer. Car wash was less than what a 3 yr old could do. Does not listen to customer.
