Dealer called promptly after my on-line inquiry. This was a Wednesday. I was told the car I was interested in (a Jaguar) was having some work done at the local Jaguar dealer & would be back in 2-3 This was a Wednesday. I was told the car I was interested in (a Jaguar) was having some work done at the local Jaguar dealer & would be back in 2-3 days & they would call me then. When I didn't hear anything by the following Monday noon, I called them & was told the car was sold the day before. The salesman I had first spoken with didn't work Thursday & Friday, so wasn't there when the car came back. Evidently the ball was dropped by the first salesman not noting our conversation & not making me the first in line when the car became available. Get things more "nailed down" if dealing with this dealership; this was handled poorly. More
