Our vehicle fuel pump failed on our way through New Hampshire on our vacation. Had it towed to BMW of Stratham for diagnosis. It was confirmed the fuel pump failed. Matthew, our service advisor, was great to work with. While we weren't able to get a loaner the first day he was able to set us up with a loaner for the next day. Otherwise we were stuck at the hotel and without a ride back to the dealer to pick up our vehicle. Matt made sure to get us a loaner that had room to transport our belongings and was very understanding and accomodating. Finally, 2 days later, due tp parts availability, we were back on the road!
