Service was good, however customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. It would appear at drop off and pick up, there are a lot of customer service representatives wandering around but no leaves something to be desired. I waited 10 minutes to just hand my keys off and speak to someone after passing five employees, and 20 minutes for pickup. Once you actually make contact with someone they are very cordial and courteous. More
Would be a five but the “free” car wash and cleaning detail guy broke my floor at hold down, didn’t vacuum, under/around mat, and left it lying loose. Process was very smooth dropping my car off and obtaining a loaner car. Matt was my service agent and was very professional. He was very patient and took the time to explain things to me.
