Arrived at 8:45 for a 9:00AM appointment. I had scheduled a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Finally got out after noon. Need to avoid Saturday, if possible. More

Mark, thanks for your reply. I’ve been taking my cars for service at your shop for over 20 years and I have always been treated very well and the service has been excellent. I just think the problem this last time was too many vehicles and too few service reps. The service performed was done well and the car always comes back washed and vacuumed. I’m a happy customer!!
