I want to begin by saying that I take full responsibility for purchasing a vehicle "as-is" and was aware of the potential risks involved with buying a five-year-old pre-owned car. I also want to be clear that I have not asked for a refund or made any demands—my goal from the beginning has simply been to share my experience honestly. That said, I believe it's also fair to express my disappointment. Despite the inspection your team performed, some basic maintenance items and issues were missed, which led to over $1,500 in repairs only a month after taking delivery. I understand that mistakes happen—we're all human—and I don’t fault the technician personally. But this experience has been frustrating, especially as a repeat customer who chose to work with your dealership again based on trust. My decision to post reviews and file a BBB case wasn’t out of spite—it was the only outlet I had to advise others to approach similar purchases with caution. If your team had shown more willingness to address the situation beyond referring to the Buyer’s Guide disclaimer, I likely wouldn’t have taken that route. I truly believe things could have been handled better if there had been any indication of interest in maintaining an ongoing relationship, not just with me but with the local network I’m part of. As someone who works in sales and travels regularly across the state, I interact with a wide range of clients and peers—and this experience is something I’ve shared and will continue to share. Nothing I’ve posted or spoken about is fabricated; it’s all rooted in my genuine disappointment with how this situation unfolded. While I never demanded a specific resolution, a goodwill gesture—something as modest as partial coverage of my unexpected expenses—would have gone a long way toward restoring trust and demonstrating that customer experience still matters. Even a gesture in the range of $500 would signal that the dealership values long-term relationships over short-term transactions. Unfortunately, as it stands, I don’t see myself returning to the dealership or recommending it in the future, which is regrettable considering the potential for continued business. In total, the repairs performed by Tesla on May 28, 2025, included: Brake Fluid Check: $20.50 Cabin Air Filter Replacement: $58.60 HEPA Filter Replacement: $344.20 Low Voltage Battery Service: $226.50 ( FAILED TEST ) Addressing Noise & Vibration (half shaft lubrication): $760.44 Automated Tire Pressure Check and Adjustment: $0.00 The total amount paid was $1,410.24. Do not trust a word he says. He’s slimy. I expect a dealer to be more costly than an indie shop, but did not expect blatant scamming. I will never go there again nor recommend it to anyone. More
