Amanda adapted her sales process to our needs communicating with me thru a variety of mediums and responding in a timely fashion to my questions. Sovy helped trailer the finance ppw meeting to our needs, explained our options thoroughly and modified the plan to meet our preferences. She took a strong interest in our entire experience with her dealership and intervened when needed. Unfortunately, the rest of the team did not deliver contributing to a four hour wait for the delivery of our vehicle from the scheduled start time. Ironically, Amanda and Sovy, the two people not responsible for the long wait were the only ones to apologize. While I plan to buy my next vehicle from Amanda, I will work more closely with her and Sovy to find a shorter delivery plan. More
