We settled on Sterling after visiting several dealerships in the area.<br>Some were friendly enough but did not display adequate product knowledge. One was "snooty" and lacked correct information. Alan is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. Honest, caring, and thoughtful Alan worked extremely hard to get me the car I wanted. In addition he was able to quote ultra competitive prices. I visited BMW of Arlington and BMW of Fairfax, both of which are much closer to me but, BMW of Sterling made the others look really low-class. I couldn't recommend this dealership any more highly.
