Incredibly inattentive. Drove from Baltimore for a test drive of a 750. When I got there they told me they had no tags so I couldn’t test drive? What? What a great experience with the sales staff. I am sure most of what you hear are complaints, this is not one of those cases, but much the opposite. We live in Palm Beach Florida, started this process with the local BMW dealer here in an effort to order a new car for my daughter. She wanted the M240i. The dealership in Palm Beach was in no way helpful, in fact they did nothing but try and upsell her to a larger car. This was her first car purchase and she was admit that the 65k price range is where she needed to stay and knew the exact car she wanted. This went on for almost 3 months without them ordering the car. I stopped in to the Sterling BMW dealership while in town on business to see if by chance they could help, I was introduced to Sepehr Hajireza who I have to say was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I explained to him the car and color she was looking for, within minutes he had the exact car pulled up on his screen and asked if that was what she was looking for, it was, we ordered it on the spot. During the process he went above and beyond with supplying information, what to expect, and kept us updated on the status. Sepehr made sure my daughter had the app downloaded, got her the Vin # and showed her how to track the vehicle. Once we knew the car was about ready, he set up for the car to be delivered to the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg SC. I have to tell you what a great experience, I cant imagine a better experience in buying a new vehicle. I have purchased well over 20 new vehicles in my life and have not had a better experience. In dealing with BMW of Sterling from sales to finance, everyone was beyond helpful, what a great place to shop. But Sepehr was the best, from showing us the BMW individual visualizer site to all the help along the way, truly a great guy. More

This has to be one of the world's worst dealerships. Purchased a used Mercedes C-300, which they claim to have inspected, only to find out the vehicle could have lost the rear axle and had a bent wheel. They refused to fix it, honoring their warranty, and instead offered to buy it back. I accepted their offer to buy it back and am now going through a run-around trying to get my money. No legitimate business has ever been such a headache. Wouldn't trust these people with my trash. Avoid them like the plague! More
