From first contact to the final handshake, my experience with Mac Safi and Sterling BMW was truly stellar. Mac is knowledgeable and passionate about what he sells. He is approachable and patient in explanations. Likewise, my sales manager, Ed Han, and finance manager, Greg Maxiutin, were also very pleasant to work with. I am extremely impressed with the overall operation at Sterling BMW. All departments work together to make sure the customer receives an excellent product and a flawless experience. A few months after I purchased my M240i, I returned to purchase a 2nd vehicle. My 2nd experience was just as pleasant as my first. And again, Mac went above and beyond to help me find exactly was I was looking for. More

After wandering aimlessly for a bit I was approached by Francisco, who immediately initiated conversation by informing me on all the latest models and features of the new Mini stock. Great information to start, I felt comfortable wnough to explain I was in the market for a used mini and told him of my lack of knowledge and my budget to work with. Francisco wasted no time in guiding me with what models and years were good and reliable, the specs and features that were available, prices and financing available to me, even offering his own honest opinions on what he believed would be a good fit for my sister. I didnt leave that day with a used vehicle but Francisco’s Knowledge and friendly demeanor made me feel confident about my future prospect and has definitely made me want to come straight to him when I do decide the time is right. So satsifying knowing there are vendors around who know what theyre talking about and can relate to you after such short conversation, very pleased! More

Excellent Service Managers I really appreciate the help that was provided by Moses Mahdi at BMW of Sterling. I had a lingering problem with the Check Engine Light. The dealers I really appreciate the help that was provided by Moses Mahdi at BMW of Sterling. I had a lingering problem with the Check Engine Light. The dealership kept the car while providing me with a loaner until they found the problem. And, the good news is that the problem was covered under a previously replaced part that had gone bad. I have been very satisfied with the folks at BMW of Sterling. More

Great service experience My past 2 visits at the service department were really disappointed to the point I had almost decided not to come back. But This time I had Carlos Mar My past 2 visits at the service department were really disappointed to the point I had almost decided not to come back. But This time I had Carlos Martell as my service representative. He is awesome!! The moment they didn’t have a loaner he immediately took the chance to offer me a shuttle drive which he did himself because the driver was else where, he took me back to work and picked me up later on. On top of that he took care of my cars needs. The dealer has changed since my last visit and Carlos is an asset for this company. More
