Terrible Service Department Took my 550i with 50K miles to this dealership for a coolant leak. They charged me $184 for the diagnostic and quoted me $8,000 in repairs. I then took the car so a respected independent BMW mechanic who diagnosed it for free and fixed the issue for $250. In addition to their issues properly quoting work, this dealership never seems to have loaner cars available, which is ridiculous for an $80K+ car. More
