Terrible Service Department Took my 550i with 50K miles to this dealership for a coolant leak. They charged me $184 for the diagnostic and quoted me $8,000 in repairs. I then took the car so a respected independent BMW mechanic who diagnosed it for free and fixed the issue for $250. In addition to their issues properly quoting work, this dealership never seems to have loaner cars available, which is ridiculous for an $80K+ car. More

Great Leasing Experience I recently acquired my first lease from Sterling BMW and it was by far my best car buying experience. This is my second BMW and this experience was the total opposite (in a good way) compared to my first purchase. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The facilities are immaculate.
