Purchased a 2016 CPO 740 - Very Professional I recently purchases a BMW CPO 2016 740i from Sterling BMW. For the past 15 years I've been purchasing cars from BMW of Fairfax (nothing against BMW o I recently purchases a BMW CPO 2016 740i from Sterling BMW. For the past 15 years I've been purchasing cars from BMW of Fairfax (nothing against BMW of Fairfax), its just Sterling BMW had the perfect CPO. Sal responded to my query, for the beginning Sal was extremely professional, not a pushy sales person at all. Sal was responsive even took additional pictures of the car and sent to me. My wife and I scheduled a weekday appointment, he confirmed the appointment during the day and was even considerate if we wanted to reschedule. Once we arrived at the dealership, Sal offered water or coffee even before showing the car. We did finalize the sale that evening, the car wasn't quite ready, he offered a 2019 loaner for us that evening, once the car was ready he even offered to pick the loaner from our house and bring the car. We ended up going to the dealership, the car was detailed and looked spectacular. Overall experience has been excellent, the followup has been professional. He also had the dedication to work on his off day so that we could buy the car as fast as possible. Any issue that we had was quickly resolved by him and the dealer. No one else in the dealership gave us any hassle or made us any less likely to buy a car. The presentation after buying the car was also fantastic, showing an "unveiling," something we hadn't seen before. Overall, the experience buying the car was great as it was done quickly without any hassles. More
