First service on my Z4 Yesterday was the first time I brought my (new to me) 2016 Z4 to Sterling BMW. I just wanted to get new wiper blades and have them look the car over. He had the car checked out, made Sterling my store, checked for recalls and even helped me to assess my maintenance schedule and needs against the remaining BMW warranty. He was quite honest about the fact that purchasing additional maintenance at this stage would not really make fiscal sense. How refreshing! Robert made me feel like I mattered; his attitude is so appreciated. My husband and I both drive Z4s and will continue to use Sterling BMW...and Robert...for all of our service needs! More

I felt he went above and beyond to find discounts for me to save me a few bucks. With that, I'm grateful for his service and was happy to hand over $2,000+ for that work. More
