Excellent and Attentive Service at a Reasonable Price I brought my BMW in the day before the extended warranty expired. Elijah made sure it was closely examined. They detected a leak in the oil system, I brought my BMW in the day before the extended warranty expired. Elijah made sure it was closely examined. They detected a leak in the oil system, which they fixed. He also noted the car needed alignment, which I authorized them to do. As it turns out, even though they did the alignment, the alignment was within a certain tolerance, so there was no charge. Efficient and honest service. Will continue to drive 30 miles to Sterling to have my car serviced even though my warranty has expired because its worth it. More

Occassionally, I have waited for parts, but that's not unusual and they provide loaners w/ adequate customer planning. Sean Spicher, my Service Advisor, is excellent, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. Carlos typically helps in Sean's absence. He's great too.
