As it turns out, even though they did the alignment, the alignment was within a certain tolerance, so there was no charge. Efficient and honest service. Will continue to drive 30 miles to Sterling to have my car serviced even though my warranty has expired because its worth it. More

Occassionally, I have waited for parts, but that's not unusual and they provide loaners w/ adequate customer planning. Sean Spicher, my Service Advisor, is excellent, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. Carlos typically helps in Sean's absence. He's great too. First service on my Z4 Yesterday was the first time I brought my (new to me) 2016 Z4 to Sterling BMW. I just wanted to get new wiper blades and have them look the car over. He had the car checked out, made Sterling my store, checked for recalls and even helped me to assess my maintenance schedule and needs against the remaining BMW warranty. He was quite honest about the fact that purchasing additional maintenance at this stage would not really make fiscal sense. How refreshing! Robert made me feel like I mattered; his attitude is so appreciated. My husband and I both drive Z4s and will continue to use Sterling BMW...and Robert...for all of our service needs! More
