Excellent customer service I have been in for service a few of times now and have always received excellent customer service. One of the times was to diagnose the vehicle not st I have been in for service a few of times now and have always received excellent customer service. One of the times was to diagnose the vehicle not starting. The techs were quick to point to the starter being the problem. My service advisor came to me with options for service and got me into a loaner promptly. Once they removed the starter they tested it to make sure it was the problem instead of blindly installing a new one hoping to fix it. The also noticed the battery was low and there was moisture in the battery compartment. They did a tear down to make sure the moisture wasn't causing problems. I appreciate the extra steps they took to make sure my vehicle was in good working order and prevent me from having to come right back. My service advisor was great to work with. She was friendly and attentive. I have seen her get yelled at by a rude customer over something that was not her fault and she had no control over. She remained calm, courteous and professional. I look forward to my future service needs with her as my advisor. I recommend Robin Jones for your next visit as well. More

He has always arranged for a loaner even when it was unplanned. He kept me informed by text about when the car would be ready. I never waited for my car when it was left overnight and he gave me a time for pickup. He is always very positive and cheerful. He made sure that he took care of warranty issues with my warranty company and provided them all the necessary information. Thanks Sean for such a great job!!! More
AVOID I had a miserable experience with Sales Associate Matt Tillman and GM David Comfort trying to buy a used I8 that I drove 67 miles to see from MD with I had a miserable experience with Sales Associate Matt Tillman and GM David Comfort trying to buy a used I8 that I drove 67 miles to see from MD with an appointment and they sold it to someone else when I was two miles away. My wife left work early that day and we drove in the pouring rain. All day long the sales associate texted me to tell me they were getting my car ready for me. He would later say that he asked me to put a deposit down and I refused. That never happened. In addition they knew I was coming from out of state driving through rush hour traffic to get there. GM tells me that is the nature of the used car business and that the other customer had an appointment before mine. Why wouldn't they let me know there was another appointment? I would have stayed home and come another day if that person didn't want the car. The sales associate claimed the other customer just walked off the street and bought it. Do you believe the associate or the GM??? The dealership said that they would make it up to me by giving me GM VIP pricing on a new car and the offer they gave me was $2000 higher than what I could get at any dealer here. AVOID dealing with this dealership. More

I was sad to say goodbye to my 2017 X3 that Ralf (he’s amazing!) kindly helped me find 3 years ago. This time around I worked with Andrii! Andrii, is very thorough. He explained things clearly, assessed my needs to find the best fit, took his time and was very patient with me. It was clear that he wanted to make sure I walked out loving my new car! Thank you to the sales manager, Anthony, who also worked with us and finally, Azhar who closed the deal so efficiently and smoothly. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism (and staying open until after 10pm, I am very appreciative). If you’re thinking of buying and/or leasing, BMW of Sterling is the place to be!
