Listened well and addressed concerns in a direct manner and kept bs to a minimum. I found and bought a car that fit my criteria. The finance folks tried to sell me extended warranty pretty aggressively. It's their job and it's fully expected, but I always marvel at the contrast between how lively and affable they are in the beginning of the conversation and cold and indifferent at the end. I can't fault someone who has to do this all day every day. Overall it didn't bother me too much and didn't affect my mood. More

He made my simple service visit into an experience. From start to finish he gave me his undivided attention and made me forget that I was in for service and more like talking to a friend. He walked me through the write in process clearly and made it easy to understand. After a couple quick signatures, he had me in a loaner quickly and back on the road. What I liked the most was that he remembered me when I picked up my vehicle. We reviewed the bill and he explained all the services that were performed. Props to the technician working on my car. I am very meticulous about my car and he made sure to make it look like it wasn't even touched. Sean Spicher has turned me from thinking BMW of Sterling is like the DMV to an experience like Disney.
