Break in Service for my 2020 BMW M2C i needed to get my 2020 BMW M2C break-in service done. I am very particular about my car and do not like any dealer touch my car. I looked and asked friends for advisor at Sterling BMW. Robin Jones came in highly recommended. So i scheduled work at the dealership with her. Let me put it this way, i was not disappointed, she is very good with her communications and got the job done as promised if not better. This is the only service advisor that will get my car access. More

Fantastic way to get into a BMW! Let me say this - Melissa's can-do attitude and attention to detail were extremely well-received by my wife and me when we came in to purchase our BMW Let me say this - Melissa's can-do attitude and attention to detail were extremely well-received by my wife and me when we came in to purchase our BMW. She was able to, at a distance, answer any and all questions we had, negotiate the price, and even get the buyer's order signed before we stepped through the door. The previous week, we had a not-so-stellar experience with a different sales representative that left us sour on the idea of returning, but it was Melissa's charming personality and responsiveness that helped close the deal. BMW's are not hard to find, and the price we purchased at meant that we had a wide variety of options in the DC area. Melissa's sales(wo)manship is the only reason we decided on this vehicle at this location. I would not be surprised to find her in a higher/more managerial role in the near term. We really appreciate what she did for us, and can't say enough about our positive experience. Questions = answered, requests = met, and experience = A+. Make sure you keep this one around... She never dropped a beat in keeping me informed of what was happening with my vehicle, she made sure I had a loaner, she returned calls when messages were left. Parts had to be ordered & she was always on top of everything. She arranged to have my car returned to me at my home when it was complete. It is just one more service BMW of Sterling and Robin did for me. Thank you again Robin for being so kind and caring.
